VIDEO BROADCASTING
The purpose of this course - and class period - is to produce the daily announcements for West Junior High. This is an intense, real-world experience that requires students to act professionally and responsibly. Students will each have a job, or jobs, which might include reporting sports scores and schedules, the weather, school news and events, writing the script, editing the script, managing the cameras and lighting, reading the script on air, recording video and audio, editing and adding special effects, and broadcasting the final product to the entire school.
